I don’t know if Steve is more knowledgable or patient. He proved to be both – at the highest level, today. He helped walk me through a process I wasn’t quite sure was possible, and then he recovered funds from a wallet with an ‘invalid private key’. He recovered the funds in record time, and sent me the proceeds (minus his fee). Worth it!! I’m old, and crypto can be hard. I cannot say enough nice things about Steve. I finally have a little peace of mind that if I get into trouble, there is someone out there who is super knowledgable, honest, and available to assess the problem and know how to tackle it.
